SERVICE DISRUPTION AT ZIRC
Update July 16, 2014:
As a result of a quarantine room fire on May 31, ZIRC services continue to be disrupted and we are unable to supply resources at this time. Pathology and Health Services remain available.

The soot and ash damage to the ZIRC building was more extensive than initially anticipated, and we currently estimate resuming distribution after the end of August 2014. Because demolition and reconstruction are still ongoing, this estimate may change. We continue to assess our progress and will do our best to resume activities as soon as possible. The main fish colony appears to be unharmed, fish are currently undergoing health testing. The cryopreservation storage was unaffected by the incident. Please continue to monitor our website for updates.

We sincerely apologize for any disruption this situation may cause to your research. If you have an order pending at ZIRC, we will be in contact with you as soon as we are able to resume shipments. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
