• Please fill out the facility and fish information sections of the Pathology Submission Form as completely as possible. The historical and clinical information provided will be used along with the test results to make specific recommendations for control or treatment of the problem. Complete responses will help the laboratory provide you with optimal test results and recommendations.
• The third page of the Submission Form is designed to be duplicated as needed, to provide information on each individual fish or group of fish submitted.
• Histopathology cases typically take 1-2 weeks but may vary depending upon sectioning requirements or special stains.
• An electronic and written (mailed) report will be provided
